Ever notice how a lot of places end it "gaard"? It's based of the world of Norse myths. Bella Sara has a world tree based of yygsrasil, our world tree. The Valkyries here inspire hero's but in myths they chose who would be einherjar or people who were slayed in noble cause. The gods don't live in Asgard canonly but it's fanon that Sara's dad is based of Odin. The evil women is probably based off Loki and the wolves Fenris wolf. I feel like Bella is based of Seigner, Loki's horse son. There is some Greek myths mixed in too which is great because I'm half Greek as well :)
